I love this shirt dress so much! Whilst browsing through a mall in Miami a few months ago, my husband saw this beautiful dress and bought it for me -- he won major husband points. I wanted to wear the dress off the rack, since I was obsessed it with. The weather here has been crazy hot lately so for my God daughter's graduation this little number was a great pick. I am also totally obsessed with this necklace my friends gifted to me.

My husband and I share a God daughter and on Sunday she turned 4! It's incredible to watch her grow, it seemed like it was only yesterday she was a baby and now she's a "big girl". For her birthday, my husband likes to take pictures of her in whatever cute little outfit her mom dresses her in. Since she was having a little pool party, I wanted to dress as cool and as kid friendly as possible so I opted for this tie-dye maxi which was perfect for the occasion. SUMMER BRIGHTS

Hello lovelies! So the temps here have definitely gone cray, cray! I have never been this hot in my life! Well life might be pushing it but holy heat! It also seems like everyone is experiencing the heat; my family in New York and Louisiana, my friends in Idaho, everywhere, this heat is not playing. Anyway, on hot days when the temps hits 90's borderline 100's I always reach for a light and cool outfit. Cotton dresses, shorts, skirts and tank tops in the coolest, lightest materials always does the trick.  Yesterday was a holiday here and I went out for a bit and as usual opted for a cool outfit.
