HOLIDAY PARTY OUTFIT

Outfit details: Dress (similar here another great option here) / Shoes: Christian Louboutin / Necklace: via Poshmark / Clutch: (old) purchased at an airport a few years ago.

I wore this amazing dress to my office Christmas party last Saturday. I am usually a sequins kinda girl when it comes to holiday parties but this time I decided to give the sequins a break and opted for this floral number. The colors on this dress are amazing and so bright, I felt like a christmas tree, except I wasn't lighting up :-) I originally decided to pair this dress with a gold necklace and emerald green earrings but decided on this chunky necklace (last worn here & here), I love how all the colors blended nicely with the colors of the dress; it's my perfect kaleidoscope of colors.

Sorry for the quality of photos, a combination of me socializing and remembering only when we were about to leave, and we didn't take the camera with us.

LUSH FLORAL

Outfit details: Skirt: Loft (love this ONE) / Top: H&M (THIS would be perfect with a blazer or light cardigan / Shoes: Nine West / Necklace:  Love THIS & THIS / Watch: Invicta / Bracelet: Boutique in Puerto Rico

This outfit is the sort I like to wear when it's going to be a very hot day. It's simple but still appropriate for work, and lightweight enough for the Caribbean heat. I love the little side slit on this skirt, and the print; the print is very baroque-esque and reminds me of something I saw my great grandma wearing in pictures from "back in the day." I always strive for comfort at the office and I always carry a cardigan or a blazer with me to brave the AC; and in case I need to head out to run an errand or meet with someone for work this outfit is definitely heat proof.

ISLAND BOHO CHIC

Outfit details: Crop top: Macys (in love with THIS) / Shorts: Old Navy (old) (similar) / Sandals: Kenneth Cole (currently on sale) / Headband (boutique in Brooklyn) THIS one is on my christmas list / Watch: Michael Kors / Necklace: via Poshmark / Bag: Aldo

Everyone that know me, knows I love to express myself through my clothes. I am never afraid to wear anything I like, because I live by the motto that we should all dress for ourselves. If you're happy with what you're wearing and you feel beautiful in it that's all that matters.

I have a serious addiction to floral headband and head wraps, my husband would say any headband and in a sense he may be right :-) I wear them everywhere! On this occasion my husband and I were heading out to have drinks with our amazing realtor and her family at a restaurant on the beach. I've been wanting to wear this embroidered crop top forever, so this was the perfect opportunity to style it and it was appropriate for the beach bar/restaurant setting. We had such an amazing time in Grenada and can't wait to go back.

THE FLORAL MINI

It's that time of the year again when I have to go through my closet and get rid of the things I don't wear anymore or that I've worn too much. I love this process because I get to declutter and I also find things hidden in my closet. I was very happy to find this little gem, it is quite old and is also one of my "college finds" from good ole Forever 21, so before I got rid of it I decided to give it one more spin around the block. I originally paired it with a polka dot pastel top, but really wanted to keep the attention on the skirt so instead I decided to wear this peplum top, last worn here. I hope you all have a great weekend!

ISLAND FLORAL

I am sure by now you guys have figured out that I love florals and pairing them  with various other prints. I love this particular floral print because it screams "Island," it's bright, bold and represents one of my favorite flower. The hibiscus flower is quite possibly the most beautiful tropical flower there is and can be found anywhere on this little island or any island for that matter. I couldn't pass up this top when I spotted it at H&M, the print reminds me so much of my childhood. For this casual look I decided to pair my hibiscus top with a striped cardigan and dark blue jeans.

OH SO RED

I love a colored pair of pants, it can easily add that wow factor to any outfit and can take an outfit from drag to fab. Colored pants are another way to brighten up your wardrobe. Many believe that red isn't very versatile and can only be worn with neutral basics; a huge misconception. Red can be color blocked with solid colors  or paired with patterns or prints, which is another great way to revamp your look. I personally love pairing reds with various prints,  and solids such as blues, purples and pinks.

Outfit details: Top: TJ Maxx (very old, I've had this since College) love THIS one / Pants: Marshalls  (another great color HERE) / Shoes: Christian Siriano (Similar) / Necklace: Forever 21 (love THIS one) / Watch: Invicta Angel

BRIGHT SUMMER

When H&M released these pants last year it was love at first sight for me and I knew they belonged in my closet. I searched everywhere for them with the help of my husband and mom, only to be told they were sold out. Apparently, they were quite popular; I mean I would expect nothing less of such a fantastic pair of pants. One evening my mom called and said she found a pair someone recently returned, I was in heaven.

I am sure, they are screaming, I have worn them non stop since I received them last year. I love that I can dress these pants down, like I did in the photos below or dress them up with a nice blouse and blazer, there are times when I feel risky and I pair it with a printed top. I mean you only die once so why not, right? Plus, if I am out with anyone, I can't be missed. I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend.

Outfit details: Tee: Target / Pants: HM (Love THIS pair) / Sandals: Target / Necklace: H&M (old) THIS is on my list / Watch: Invicta / Sunglasses: Versace
