VACATION STYLE - ROME

Rome was such an amazing, beautiful experience. It was so very hot; nothing I'm not use to, but it was a different kind of heat and I didn't mind it one bit. We visited all the sites on our list, ate absolutely delicious food and just allowed ourselves to roam the streets with no destination in mind. We got lost, we walked around in circles, relaxed on the Spanish Steps, visited the infamous Trevi Fountain, had delicious ice cream, pizza, pasta and an array of deserts, that I am now working off at the gym, but it was all worth it.

Visiting the Vatican, Sistine chapel and St. Peter's Basilica and Square was one of those experiences I would never be able to explain. The art /graffiti lining the walls of the metro station was surreal, I was in total tourist mode, taking photos of everything!

Our best sit down meal, hands down was from a lovely little restaurant called Hostaria Dino & Tony! I am drooling thinking of the delicious meal we enjoyed there. No menus needed, just let them feed you, Italian style, you won't regret it!

The best thing about this trip, is that I got to experience it with an amazing, amazing, man the love of my life, and I am so excited for our many other adventures.

Stay tuned for the rest of my European tour.
