BEGOOD - RELAUNCH

"BeGood was born from a radical belief: creating a premium product and minimizing our footprint needn't be mutually exclusive"
A few of you might have remembered my post here last September when I introduced my readers to BeGood Clothes, a clothing company based in San Franciso. I love the store because they only carried brands that gives back to an eco or humanitarian cause.
This time, BeGood has relaunched with an organic clothing line. They now offer a line of eco-friendly modern basics at very affordable price points, to include $15 organic tees for men and women and inexpensive shirts and silk blouses. By eliminating the middle men, they are able to offer great pieces for organic pieces.
BeGood vets their mills and factories and uses organic cotton and naturally occurring fabrics like silk, modal and bamboo. They also use low impact dyes and biodegradable packaging, among that they have partnered with the non-profit organization Evidence Action, through its Dispensers of Safe Water program (across Kenya and Uganda) for each sale on their site, BeGood will donate twelve gallons of clean water.

For the few of you who know me personally, you know I am all about giving back. We are fortunate to have access to clean water and other basic resources that others are deprived of and for that I commend BeGood for their gift of clean water to the people of Kenya and Uganda.
BeGood is redefining sustainable fashion and I believe they are on the right track. You don't have to be a tree hugging hippie (no offense to all my tree hugging hippies out there) to understand that fashion can be ethical and affordable. Let's hope that other companies will follow in BeGood's very clean footprints and consider making fashion as eco friendly as possible. I am very excited about their relaunch and even more excited to purchase a few pieces and let you all know what I think about it.
Head on over to their website and BeGood. Here's to organic, eco-friendly fashion. xoxo
